Location Is good... View is Fantastic, Clean rooms and big washrooms. Difficulty I faced was no charging point near bed on either sides, no soap was provided, coffee was charged Rs.100 but it was mentioned for Rs. 75. And yes Tea it was pathetic Rs 75 for a tea bag Tea? Sorry but I am also a HOTEL owner and at the last no wifi and menu says wifi for 3 hours costs Rs. 400. Seriously ? And also a phone call for Rs.50/min. Am really Laughing at this.

Worst experience of my life... Rooms not as per rooms displayed on goibibo site.. Money matters more than customer.... Alloted our room to other tourist at higher rate.... Have to suffer a lot with my family and frnd family both having kids below 3 yrs..... Breakfast cum lunch too expensive..... Cares about peak season and doesnt bother about customer satisfaction. ...... Staff asks us to compromise instead of alloting our room.... ...

It was a good hotel located 3 km away from the mall road. Check in and check out was quite smooth. I had my breakfast there which was in complimentary, and that was good enough in taste and quality. During the stay i had not face any problem with the staff behavior, services and room quality, size and cleanliness, all was fine.

Really a nice and maintained property. The hotel was much neat and clean and i am fully satisfied with this hotel. The services was prompt and worthy and food quality was really very nice. I got the great value for money.
