Very Poor Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Right from the moment I entered, there was a strong bad smell in all the rooms and bathrooms, which made it very uncomfortable. The hygiene standards are extremely poor — the bedsheets and blankets were dirty and clearly not washed properly. To make things worse, there was no water supply in the bathroom, making it impossible to freshen up or even use the toilet. The TV in the room was not working either, so there was nothing to do while stuck in such an unpleasant environment. Overall, the hotel lacks basic facilities and cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. It was a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience.

Pathetic hotel. Not even basic amenities are provided here. - No hygiene, no cleanliness - Located at isolated area - No room service - Too many mosquitoes n ants in the room - The bedsheet even after getting it changed was smelly and not even fitting properly on the mattress - TV wasn't even working - The staff were polite n cooperative - Dirty blanket - No mirror in the room - No toiletteries given The only good thing was the air conditioning in the room. Would never recommend it to anyone. I had my booking for 2 days but checked out in just a day with my family.

This hotel is very very worst.Nothing is available there .No geyser is available.All Room size is very very small 7×7, And bedroom in Deluxe room bed size is 5×5 but cushion size is 6×6.How it is looking u just imagine. Overall room service is very very worst.No restaurant available ,for bath or toilet etc no water is available there only "paisa daria mein daal"

location of the hotel from prem mandir or Bankibehari temple is too far that cost you Rs 200 in auto. It is in outskirt of vrindaban, deserted place. Room service is not done on regular basis. No lift, no gym is there, as they claimed falsely. No resurant nearby. we are not satisfied. Wifi connection is so poor that one cannot watch the TV.

होटल यमुनोत्री धाम में हमारा अनुभव कुछ अच्छा नहीं रहा, सारी रात झींगुर की आवाज आ रही थी बेड पर मकड़िया घूम रही थी, दूसरे दिन काफी रिक्वेस्ट के बाद हमें नीचे के दूसरे कमरे में शिफ्ट किया, उसे कमरे का भी एयर कंडीशनर खराब था, कमरे में काफी बदबू आ रही थी, सारी रात खटमल काट रहे थे ☺☺☺

Had the worst experience staying in Hotel Yamnotri. The bed sheet was so dirty and after repeated requests nobody changed it. Staff behaviour was also very bad. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

As per booking. And facilities to be provided by hotel, they have not provided. There are many problems like electricity cut, No bath room stationery, no extra bad sheet for 3 person. Etc..

i was not given a room because i booked at prices and was asked to pay extra to board, but agent helped me well in getting another accomodation at same prices

Bad stay, unsafe for Family stay. very disturbing and chaotic at night. We had to call the police to stop the Chaos at night. Not recommended.
