Get Bad experience by hotel because after payment and booking confirmed. hotel owner said to me that Here some problem in hotel like light & water supply so he canceled my booking but when i arrive hotel then everything is ok. hotel full due to summer vacations. now i want my refund. its a horrible experience.

One of the best hotel of Rishikesh very Close to maa Ganga and Laxman jhula, positive: neat and clean, Supportive staff, big and good room. nice location on main road Negative: AC not Available in any room (BTW not required there) Check out time is too early it's 10 AM even we don't get complete 24 hrs
