We have been denied for check-in as room were sold to someone else, later after lot of request and discussion we have been offered to stay next day as they don't have room and we have been told they have no control on the mistake in system which has been done. No one will ever thought of something like this to happen on pre paid booking. clear lack of professionalism from the hotel side, not sure how gobibo has faulty system or hotel. Gobibo Agents connected with this hotel also need to do their job properly seems some gap and no credibility from them aswell. Next day stay was good. My issues was resolved by Gobibo customer care. But for first day when we have been denied to check-in and how we manage our stay that we only know that.

according to rate the hotel is perfect for a stay. easy to reach to all near by spots.service was awesome and behavior of the staff is very supportive.the only con is the parking. which is manageable but not convenient.but overall nice experience 👌

Rooms are ok but the owner's son is very rude. Service is very bad. Not at all compromising if you are 10-15 minutes late to checkout.
