Worsed Hotel.. I paid online payment for hotal ZEE but when I reached at hotal for check in then hotelier told me all rooms are sold out and i was tired n Suffered but they didn't cooperate me and In front of me They were bargaining with other new*customers about extra money for ROOM booking . I was surprised To see the cheep deal of hotelier of HOTel ZEE, Agra. it was a bad experience about this Poor hotel service.

We had pre-booked two rooms in this hotel one day earlier. It was 8.30pm when we reached the hotel, the manager told us that rooms are not available, as one of their customers didn't check out on time and stayed for one more day. They told us that they will provide room in any other hotel. thik thak hotel thoda sa mehenga hai. 1000 rupees parking bhi thik hi hai lekin tajmahal nearby hai. walk in distance pe isliye thik hai apne sath perfume leke jana. smell bahut ati hai. baki utna kuch khas nahi hai

it don't look anything similar. The room which we got was on the 4th floor and lift was not working, Room was not cleaned or moped before checkin. I payed ₹ for one night stay, they asked 300₹ extra for 2 hrs early checkin. In my opinion spending per night for this hotel is waste of money.

They shifted me to their another property ( Hotel East gate) reason being other bookings in their hotel, that was not an issue. Another room was good but the room service was pathetic and no facility available for food, no service for providing drinking water, no coffee sachet and non-availability of hot water in bathroom. overall this hotel management was completely pathetic, what can we do with a good room when services are not upto the mark.

Super deluxe room booked against non refundable advance payment. Hotel said rooms not available and gave me room of driver/back office without fan,ac,geyser and door lock. Bathroom very dirty. Worst experience in my life.

It has small but compact room , designed very well to accommodate basic need , comfortable and clean bed , clean washroom , wifi is free , Serve you fresh food , once you order , dining and kitchen is separated by transparent glass, one can view kitchen activity, novel idea , however don't provide bottled water in the room, all in all , good budget hotel.

Zee Hotel is very near to Taj Mahal Western Gate. Good hotel for budget traveller. Room is clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful. They arranged free pick up for me late night. I highly recommend this hotel.

not up to the mark... staffs are good but the rooms are small and not maintained properly. ambience of the hotel is average but the food is good, not so tasty... an average hotel...

Very nice hotel. cooperative staff specially Manager Mr. Deepak but one little problem faced toilet was having smell and Some khatmal was in bed. rest was ok. must come next time

Please provide hot water at the check in time,we came @ 12p.m. long with a kid..n it came as hard task for bathing kid with cold water in this cool place.
