• This offer is valid for the bookings made by using goibibo's mobile application (Android, iOS and Windows), ibibo's m-web or desktop site.
• Offer Period: July15th 2017 to October 19th 2017 (both days included)
• This offer is valid on Axis Bank Credit Cards only for using the EMI option
• This offer is not valid on Axis Bank Corporate Credit Cards.
• This Offer is only valid on 2 transaction/month made during the Offer Period at the card level
• To avail the Offer cardholder needs to enter promo code for respective product booking before payment. If coupon code is not entered correctly then cardholder will not receive any cash back.
• Under no circumstance the benefits being offered under this Offer shall be settled in lieu of cash by Bank or Goibibo.
• The Offer is not applicable for a transaction where a refund/cancellation has been processed.
• The Offer can be clubbed with the available goCash and/or goCash+ balance (in case available) in the cardholder's Goibibo account.
• Offer is valid on all Hotels available on Goibibo except those who do not accept any promo codes. Such hotels will be marked distinctly with a mention of "Loyalty based Promotion only" message.
• All government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax, octroi etc., shall be payable by the cardholder as applicable.
• In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, Axis Bank's decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects.
• Credit Cardholder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the offer will not be eligible for the benefits of the offer. Bank's discretion in this regard shall be final
• Axis Bank has partnered with Goibibo which will offer Instant Discount on purchase of goods and services of Goibibo by using Axis Bank Retail Credit Card on EMI and Axis Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered/sold by the Goibibo and its Merchants. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and/or services must be resolved by the Cardholder with the Goibibo/Merchant directly without any reference to Axis Bank. Instant Discount offered by the Bank is solely for promoting usage of Axis Bank Retail Credit card.
• The offer by Axis Bank is subject to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines/ regulations and as per bank's extant guidelines from time to time.
• The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card Holder/s under the offer.
• Axis Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and /or services under the offer.
• The terms and conditions governing the offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card issued by Axis Bank
• The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
