Go Stays money back guarantee is constituted and operates by the Terms, Conditions and Exclusions set forth below, which are applicable in all the sections of the present. Non conformity means that we may not cover claims partially or entirely.

  • The ‘Go Stay Hotel Booking Protection’ (“Offer”) is applicable only on select participating hotels. Please check the ‘Go Stay’ certification at hotel level while booking.
  • The Go Stay Protection is only to protect customers booking through Ibibo by ensuring that the participating Go Stay Certified hotels fulfill their promise for the following bare minimum amenities:
    • Guaranteed working AC, provided that the type of room selected by customer should be with AC, & not Guaranteed for hotels in hills
    • Location with accuracy up to 300 meters,
    • TV in working condition,
    • Wifi availability
    • Clean linen.
  • The ‘Go Stay Protection’ will only be applicable for customers who have checked-in at the hotel.
  • Participating Go Stay Certified hotels are committed to deliver the promised services to the customers booking through Ibibo and have voluntarily agreed with Ibibo to participate in this joint initiative for customer protection.
  • The participating Go Stay Certified hotels are solely responsible for the content, design, delivery quality or quantity of their offered services directly to the customers booking hotel rooms. This protection should never be understood to treat Ibibo as responsible for the content, design, delivery, quality or quantity of services promised/offered by the participating Go Stay Certified hotels. This is not a guarantee by Ibibo to render the services promised by Go Stay Certified hotels or even to amend the composition of the offer by Certified hotels.
  • The participating hotels would extend their customer care and grievance redressal services to hotline services managed by Ibibo to the customer booking through Ibibo with an assurance to resolve customer problems. To connect to our hotline, please call [.] preferably from the number registered while making the booking.
  • The room rent will be reimbursed only in cases where participating hotel is not able to resolve customer issue during stay of the customer subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions:
    • Customer made an online booking and checked in at these hotels through Ibibo website, mobile website, android or IOS app,
    • Customer raised the claim latest within 48 hours post checkout,
    • Customer provided ample proof of the issue for instance at least 3 pictures related to issue covered under guarantee and description needs to be provided by the customer, and
    • The rectification of the issue was not outside control of Go Stay Certified hotel or not due to Force Majeure Event.
  • The Go Stay Booking Protection would not be triggered where:
    • TV in working condition is provided irrespective of the number of channels/language of channels and/or type of TV.
    • Wi- fi is provided irrespective of speed of wi-fi & area applicability.
  • Ibibo only acts as a hotels who are the primary service providers with respect to Hotel accommodation services and the customer who are the ultimate users of the hotel accommodation services rendered by the hotel.
  • In case of multiple hotel room bookings, protection is valid for the room for which issue was raised. Also refund, only if eligible under this protection, will be for that particular room only in respect of which the claim was raised by the customer and not for the entire booking.
  • This protection will not be valid if the claim is resolved with mutual agreement between hotel and customer.
  • This protection is NOT APPLICABLE on hourly booking, international hotel bookings and booking with hotels not certified as Go Stays hotels.
  • User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Ibibo website shall apply. Ibibo will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the offer by the customer or the cancellation/claim is not eligible under the offer.
  • Travel agents, by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Ibibo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings.
  • Ibibo reserves the right, without notice or liability and without assigning any reasons whatsoever, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice.
  • All decisions with respect to the Offer shall be at the discretion of Ibibo and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
  • The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi.
  • The maximum liability of Ibibo in the event of any claim arising out of this offer shall not exceed the amount under the underlying transaction paid by the customer.
  • Ibibo shall not be liable to pay for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.
