All questions and answers go through a moderation process before they are approved and published. Goibibo reserves the right to reject any question or answer that does not abide by the company policy.

The QnA platform should be used to ask and answer questions related to hotels and destinations. For writing a review, please use “Write a Review” tab on the app.
Questions should be complete sentences and end with a question mark.
Answers must be written with the intention of helping prospective customers and the community.
Answers should not be copied and pasted without proper attribution. However, self-promotional links and sharing contact information is prohibited.
Images should be posted to make the answers more helpful. Images with nudity will not be approved.
Answers should be honest, truthful and with updated information.
QnA is not a forum. Follow-up questions should not be asked in the answers slot.
