Conditions in case of cancellation
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for discount.
- If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase, Goibibo will deduct cancellation charges from the refund amount.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

- The offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by Axis Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by Axis Bank to Goibibo, then the cardholder shall approach

What else do you need to know?
- In Additional Savings on EMI, monthly instalment = Total product price / EMI tenure in months
- EMI Processing fee levied by bank is not covered under Additional Savings on EMI Cashback offer. Processing fees is charged separately by the bank along with first EMI instalment as a one time charge.
- The cashback amount shall be equal to the total interest amount payable on the EMI. Any GST levied on interest amount is not covered under the Additional Savings on EMI cashback offer

- For any card related claims/issues, the customer shall approach their respective "Issuing Bank". Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims where the card wasn't accepted or the card was showing invalid
- The Customer shall not be entitled for discount in the event of cancellation of booking. If the Customer cancels the ticket, Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Customer has paid INR. 10,000/- (price quoted by Goibibo) for a travel service and a discount of INR. 600 has been given to the Customer, the net amount paid by the Customer is INR. 9,400. Thus, if the Customer cancels the booking, Goibibo will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty as applicable from INR. 9,400/- and the balance amount will be credited to the Customer's account

- Discount% and maximum discount would vary with hotels, and the final discount would be displayed on the application of the promo code. Discount% is the maximum percentage discount which can be offered on a hotel
- Offer is applicable on Selected International Hotels Only.
- A user can avail discount offers (all different promo-codes included) maximum 6 times per month on Goibibo platform
- Ensure your booking meets all eligibility criteria for getting the discount.
- The discounted amount will be deducted from the total payable amount.
