• 3 customers will get a free ticket voucher valid for next international flight booking on Goibibo to select destination
• Everyday there will be new destination on offer with the maximum discount value as mentioned in the offer description.
• Only customer booking during the given offer period shall be eligible to enter this contest
• 3 customers shall be chosen on first come first serve basis from the international flight ticket bookers during the offer period and distributed free ticket voucher within next 7 days
• The selected customers can use the unique voucher code at the review page to claim the discount amount in the next booking for the select destination
• The offer is valid for travel from India to select destination only
• The booking validity of the voucher is till 31^st October 2023 and travel date till 31^st December 2023

Offer Details:

• From April 13^th to 22^nd, every hour from 10AM to 1PM, the first customer booking an international hotel room night shall receive a coupon to book a free room night at an international hotel specified in such coupon.
• The winning customers shall be declared within 7 days from the date of booking.
• The identified customer will be communicated the hotel and the room type which they have won through email. Customer will share with us the check-in/check-out and their personal details for booking. GoIbibo will contact the hotel and share the booking voucher of the free room night with the customer as per the details shared by the customer.

How do you get it?

• The offer is valid for bookings made on GoIbibo’s website & app (both Android & iOS)
• The free room night must be booked within 7 days from the date of announcement.

Conditions in case of cancellation:

• In case of full/partial cancellation, the offer stands void and the customer will not be eligible for the free room night
• If the customer cancels the booking of the free room night, he/she will not be eligible for the offer again

Terms & Conditions:

• The offer is applicable for customers booking international hotels between 13^th April to 22^nd April and making full payment at the time of booking (Book with ₹0 Payment and Pay at Hotel not allowed)
• The free room night will be non-transferrable and non-amendable.
• Customer will not be eligible for a free room night in case the initial booking is cancelled
• Customer will not be eligible for room upgrades on the free room night. He/She will not be eligible to change the hotel/location of the free room night.
• This offer is valid only for Indian customers booking from India
• The user agreement, terms of service and privacy policy of GoIbibo shall apply.
• The hotel and room type offered for free room nights on a particular date during the offer period shall be at the discretion of GoIbibo.
• Customers, who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and GoIbibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. GoIbibo shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
• GoIbibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether, provided that all such acts shall not be retrospective.
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the relevant bank and GoIbibo shall not entertain any such claims.
• GoIbibo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
• In the event of any suspected fraud, misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, GoIbibo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• GoIbibo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.

• The offer is applicable for customers booking any holiday packages between 13th April to 22nd April.
• The giveaway will be given to the customer once initial booking done between the sale is completed i.e Post travel of the initial booking
• Customer will not be eligible for giveaway in case the initial booking is cancelled
• Stay Date till June’30^th for giveaway packages, i.e complete itinerary should be completed with 30^th June
• Will be given only Land package free (3N hotels + Free airport transfers). Flight to be borne by customer.
• 1 winner to be selected from the booker during this period
• Dates would be subject to availability

• Products and services are subject to availability.
• The customer cannot club any other offers along with this Offer on the same booking ID. The Offer cannot get transferred/ assigned to any other person or customer.
• For any card related claims/issues, the customer shall approach their respective "Issuing Bank." Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims where the card wasn't accepted, or the card was showing invalid.
• The customer shall not be entitled to a discount in the event of cancellation of the booking. If the customer cancels the ticket, Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalties. For example, if a Customer has paid INR. 10,000/- (price quoted by Goibibo) for a travel service and a discount of INR. 600 has been given to the customer; the net amount paid by the Customer is INR. 9,400. Thus, if the customer cancels the booking, Goibibo will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty as applicable from INR. 9,400/- and the balance amount will be credited to the customer's account
• In the event of rescheduling, the customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers, and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount.
• The customer needs to enter the appropriate Deal Code at the time of payment to be eligible for the cashback/instant discount offer, as applicable. In case the customer enters the incorrect deal, code or forgets to mention the code, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback /instant discount.
• Goibibo will be entitled to reject any claim if there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the customer or the claim is not eligible under the Offer.
• Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• In no event, the entire liability of Goibibo to a Customer, entitled under the said Offer, for any dispute arising in connection with this Offer, shall exceed the discount amount.
• The laws of India shall govern the T&Cs of this Offer. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
• Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, or quality of the Offer and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing by the Customers directly to Goibibo.
• The Offer is valid only if the Customer's card account continues to be in good standing, and payment continues to reach the respective bank before the payment due date.
• If the Offer and/or anything to be made by Goibibo in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances, or events beyond the control of Goibibo, including but not limited to
• computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or different characteristics beyond the control of Goibibo shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
• All of Goibibo's actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
