1)Room service was horrible.I have to be behind them to get the room cleaned and still they left the washroom unclean. 2) Breakfast was also very below average, they don't have any pantry in the house and they just brought the food and tea from the roadside stall and served us.3) For basic amenities like toilet paper, tea maker accessories weren't refilled on a regular basis and I have to ask them a hell of a lot of times.4) There wasn't any telecom in the room which created a lot of trouble5) The Tv didn't rechargeDespite all these challenges the cost of stay was not justified

Very Bad Overall Experience!! From entry till exit you can't feel as you are staying in a hotel. It feels like jugaad everywhere. At entrance gate is closed so came from some jungle side with parking photo attached then manager behaviour was very rude then no restaurant is available but mentioned in there amenities and they even did not inform about restaurant and the resort was out of city (8km) so ordered through then they even don't have crockery (plates) to serve. No reception for check-in/out. Totally waste of money.

the room was nice and clean and the washroom was also clean. they didn't provide extra bed but an extra mattress even after charging 500 extra. They charged extra for driver as well and provided a mattress in a hall without proper ventilation. also the location is difficult to reach specially if it's dark as Google doesn't show the correct location and leads you to a dead end road in a locality.

I stayed here with my family for one night and it was really a soothing experience. This property is away from main city but the condition of rooms and services provided are good. And we enjoyed our stay here. If you are planning to have a relaxed experience, do visit.

Stayed here for a day. Its pretty decent in terms of room and amenities. The geyser/ mattress/ lights were all in good condition. Clean sheets and duvet. They provide breakfast as well. Had a short and comfortable stay. Close to Vrindavan and highway.
