Its nice hotel in mathura at highway near Mandi crossing 15min distance from railway station.Hassle free check in,warm welcome.Polite staff.king size room with all amenities. TV with all kids channel subscribed,my child enjoyed it,this usualy not found in hotels.Garden area is awesome with lush green velvet grass.Food at restaurant is awesome.Overall nice experience

Its nice hotel on the highway at mathura.Hassle free check-in ,warm welcome, spacious room with all amenities free wifi.TV with all kids channel working my son enjoyed it. Garden is awesome with lush green matted soft grass wel maintained, restaurant was awesome with good quality food. Very nice experience

Nice hotel, rooms was very good, staff was quite helpful and location is also good. Just one suggestion that they should increase food items as well as there should be milk and juice in breakfast. We are nine persons and booked three rooms and hotel staff provided very good service.

I would say this was the best hotel in mathura More than the rooms, the staff was courteous warm and welcoming Shyam and hemanshu guided us very well on the city Loft Hotel had the best food I have eaten in North India. Specially chhap, burgertomato soup

Genuine Feedback. Hotel room was neat and clean.. Bathroom was super clean with all the necessary toiletries. Hotel staff was very helpful and polite. They even arranged an early check-in on request.
