worst doormatry experience ever. cleanliness none, staff behaviour worst, amenities none, and safety none. they hardly clean doormatry room, bathroom and toilet. staff behaviour including receptionist and owner are also hyper in nature, they do include many chargers without any reason. they have written so many amenities online but provided nothing and when we ask for it they do charge. (for example geyser, hot water) safety is big issue, staff people do roam inside doormatry without any reason, they sleep at any bed and do not even change bedsheet/blanket. (only book when you are in need to sleep on bench or road)

We were 4 people (family) & took 4 bedded room which was actually a dormitory. Stayed for 4 days 3 nights. Had a bad experience. NO LIFT, VERY NARROW BEDS, VERY SMALL ROOM, NO INTERCOM FACILITY, NO WARDROBE, NO ROOM SERVICE, NO CLEANING OF ROOM, HIGH PRICE OF ROOMS, NO RESTAURANT. The facilities which they show oare 80% fake. I paid for 3 nights 4 days. I HAD TO GO 30 STAIRS DOWN EVEN TO ORDER TEA. This hotel should be used only in emergency (if you cant find rooms in whole mathura) If you are expecting a good stay, this is not the right choice. Hotel location was good, very near to railway station.Thanks

Excellent hotel to stay!! Nice place in the prime location of Mathura. Very peaceful and comfortable rooms with aircondition and regular water supply. rooms are quite spacious with cupboard and big size mirror. Hotel is situated in the main market of Dhaula Kua so every hotel, bhojanalaya and sweet shops are in the vicinity. We stayed in a big size room where 4-5 persons can stay. Hotel owner Mr. Sanjeev Goyal is very humble and supportive. It's highly recommendable if you want a nice place in Mathura. Radhe Radhe🙏

I am booked this property for first time At Mathura ( legendary please of Lord Krishna) after make a booking while i arrived at Property receptionist are very helpful for everything and his behaviour are too much polite , and the property are located in peaceful area of Mathura Railway station 200MTR from railway station property are very clean and hygiene so I recommend to everyone for make a booking for purpose of staying at the area of Mathura

Very bad rooms ,dirty ,doors is very small , bathroom accessories not available,I m not sugges to stay here any couple,this is very dirty hotel in mathura never ever stay here ,room is like 300 RS per day or 500

the room was dirty and needs improvements in cleaning. looking mirror is full of dust and all around beds cobs and dusts available. no car parking facilty and paid additional charge for driver stayed.

very dirty tv or ac not working looks like the room hasn't even been cleaned for a few weeks. started going to the room. bed sheets of blankets are dirty. bathroom was also not cleaned

The hotel is walking distance from Mathura railway station junction. It's easy to get around to other places like Vrindavan from here. New bus stand is under 2km from the hotel

Had issues with the booking. Goibibo sorted it out.. Limited bathrooms and no hot water. There are better options Limited bathrooms and no hot water
