How to avail referral goCash using my friend's referral code?
You need to download the goibibo mobile app from respective app stores and sign up with your mobile number, email ID and your friend's referral code.
I'm trying to sign up, but I get a message that my account already exists. What do I do?
Only new accounts are eligible to avail the referral scheme. You can sign in with your existing account and refer your friends for the benefits.
I'm trying to sign up, but I get a message that "Sign up bonus is only for new users". What do I do?
Mobile number given should be new and it should be verified through One Time Password (OTP). If you had booked with mobile number before, you are not eligible for referral bonus.
I've signed up with a new mobile number and verified with OTP, but I still didn't get referral goCash. Why?
IPerhaps you are trying to signup more than once on the same device. Remember that referral bonus can be claimed only once on a device. We also have observed that most of the older versions of Android OS are not providing us data to identify your device, and we do not credit goCash without device's identity.
When will goCash be credited to my account after I sign up?
Once you download mobile app and signup using your friend's referral code, we immediately credit goCash in your account. Please login your account for the same.
How will my friend, whose referral code I used for signup, earn goCash?
Once you download and signup using your friend's referral code, he immediately gets referral bonus and once you travel with goibibo, some part of your transaction is gifted to your friend.
What if I cancel my booking? Will my friend still get 10% of that booking amount?
No. If you cancel your booking, your friend will not get goCash.
What willhappen to referral program on web?
We have stopped referral program on web, hence you won't be able to refer any new friends from web. However, if you have referred your friends previously, they can still go ahead and sign up on web and claim referral benefits. You will also get referral bonus when they travel with us.
I had referred my friend from web, can he sign up on mobile using my new referral code?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage that. We give more benefits if your friend joins and books from goibibo's mobile app.
Will my goCash be there forever?
Ideally, yes. goCash will be there forever. But we may introduce various promotional schemes and goCash credited through them maybe expirable. But don't worry, we will convey you accordingly :)
I had goCash in my account, but it now my account shows zero balance. Why?
GoIbibo has all rights to freeze your goCash account if any misuse is observed from your end. So, be nice!! :)

Referral Program

The Refer and Earn Program is only valid on new installs and sign ups on mobile apps.
If you had referred your friend from web, he/she can join either on web using link shared in email or install mobile app and sign up on it using any referral code. If he/she uses someone else's referral code, that person will get benefits, even though you had referred him/her first.
A mobile number can be used only once.
An email can be used only once.
OTP verification is a mandatory step to avail referral goCash.
Goibibo reserves all rights to change the amount conferred under the Referral Program Scheme.
Invite and earn 50 goCash instantly for every friend (first time user) who installs app and signs up with your referral code.
Earn additional 10% (maximum 500 when booked on mobile app and maximum 100 when booked on web) of your friend's booking amount as goCash when they book their first travel with us. This 10% is calculated on amount paid using credit card/debit card/net banking
10% of your friend's booking amount will be credited only after user's travel date is past. If he cancels the ticket before that, you won't get referral goCash.
On download, your friend (first time user) will earn Rs.500 goCash.
All goCash terms and conditions are applicable on goCash earned through referral program.
For Bus you can only use goCash to the tune of 20% on total booking amount.
Goibibo has all rights to terminate any user's goCash account if any misuse is observed.

Offer related

For discounts to be valid, the full amount cannot be paid only through GoCash.
Goibibo reserves the right to cancel goCash accrual & disqualify users found to be indulging in any fraudulent activity.
For mobile bookings - Discounts will be applied right before the final payment process.
Promotion is not applicable on selected hotels.
A maximum of ONLY 3 transactions are allowed per credit/ debit card during offer period
Coupon discounts will only be applied on the Base amount, and not on additional components like Taxes, Extra guest charges, etc.
