Claim procedure

• Book a hotel in India at goibibo.com
• If you find a lower price on another website than the paid amount at goibibo.com, write to us on priceguarantee@goibibo.com within 24 hours of booking. Please include your goibibo hotel booking id and address of the website that is offering lower price. Optionally, you could also attach screenshots of the website along with your email.

Terms and Conditions

• Book a hotel at goibibo.com
• The claim information should be submitted within 24 hours of booking the property at goibibo.com.
• The other price is seen and bookable by general public and not restricted to specific groups of users.
• The comparison will be on the base fare and not inclusive of taxes or other fees
• The guarantee is applicable if the other offer matches exactly with the booking on goibibo.com. That means it has to be for the same property, same room type having same inclusions, same cancellation and refund policy, same check-in and check-out date.
• If any cashback is availed on goibibo, it will be reduced from the transaction amount for calculating the difference.
• The offer does not apply if the lower price is found after applying specific coupon, voucher or cashback at the competitor's website.
• The lower rate must be quoted online in Indian rupees.
• Maximum refund is limited to Rs.5,000.
• This offer is applicable only on Indian properties.
• After successful verification of claim requests, promotional goCash will be credited within 3 days from the date of submission or check-out date whichever is later.
• All claims are subject to goibibo's verification and goibibo's decision will be final.
