The room first I took first was having a lizard !! then we asked for a change. The changed room washroom was quite old , the boards under the sink were unhooked , we had to call the housekeeping to come n fix it. But the most messy part was the bathroom was clogged so badly that it eas very hard to take shower. The only part I liked is the swimming pool access other than that 8000 is really not worth spending. Though the activities list they provided is quite big but most of them were spoiled or got wore out . And next thing I would like to mention is about the food. it is really expensive but the food in the resto Shahi handi is quite remarkable, a must try food there like tandoor chicken is so delicious that I conveyed my compliments to the chef directly. This is my over-all experience at staying in lagoon bay.

We arrived at the resort for a two day stay. We were booked in Lagoon Bay. The check in was quick and hassle free. My request for a corner room was accommodated. The rooms were large and clean, and the best part of it was the direct access to the swimming pool. The pool was very clean. There are plenty of things to do around the resort, be it go-karting, tennis, badminton, cycling and we also had complimentary access to the waterpark. One thing which I would like to point out is the limited dining menu, in both Leo Bistro as well as Sun and Moon. That being said, The food quality was upto the mark and the staff courteous.

Ambience - ***** Activities - ***** Food - *** Staff - ***** Lagoon Bay staff were very cooperative and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Internal transfers cab staff need to be monitored as they come into direct contact with customers. Stringent background check needs to be conducted. Some drivers were drunk and their behaviour was not as per expected standards. Best place to relax and unwind along with family. Lots of activities for the kids and family. Can be rated as the best weekend destination for Hyderabad residents.

the night i booked leonia for was 13. that night i wanted to sit in the balcony by the bay of the pool but there was a very very bad smell coming from near by there were cats passing by and monkeys passing by we left the room for one hour to see the holy ka dahan and the monkeys took our food that was in balcony and made our balcony a mess. that whole night we couldn’t sit in the balcony because of the bad cat poop smell coming from near by that cat was roaming near the pool the whole time and pooped somewhere near by

Price is bit too much like ** /- INR per night stay. But the room is really good with attached swimming pool in the balcony is excellent. I have enjoyed it every bit. Breakfast is lavish. Swimming pool is very well maintained and water is clean and good. Overall it's awesome experience. We can get food from outside like food court in carnival which is good and less expensive. And leonia resort is too huge. Better have own vehicle or use the complimentary transport inside the premises

The stay was really really fantastic. Its one of the most beautiful stays i ever had. The breathtaking view of the long blue pool would make you never want to leave the place. Even the maintenance of the pool is also really really good. The service was good. They always arrange you a vehicle at anytime for your transportation inside the Resort. The resort is very big with many entertainments. Its totally a worth.

SWIMMING POOL - PLUS POINT, YOU CAN USE IT AS PER THE SCHEDULE PROVIDED. I RECEIVED THE TOTAL DAY ACTIVITIES FROM THE RECEPTION IT SELF. YOU CAN GO TO GYM ALSO. SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES LIKE BASKETBALL, BADMINTON, SWIMMING , ETC WERE INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE. GO KARTING IS ANOTHER PLUS POINT, ALTHOUGH IT IS CHARGEABLE. GO WITH YOUR FAMILY / FRIENDS TO ENJOY FULLEST.

Very very poor service and customer care. Polite staff but lack of professionalism. No respect and no basic facilities for elderly and wheel chaired persons. no proper transport service from one location to another location.

The stay and service was good.....food is pathetic, most of the outdoor activities like surfing etc was not working. Go-karting was fun and fairly priced. Rooms especially bathrooms need a definite upgrade.
