About Trujet
Previously known as Turbo Megha Airways, Trujet is a regional airline with its headquarters in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It received approval to operate Scheduled Air Transport (Regional) Services from Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt of India in July 2014. Trujet is a subsidiary of Turbo Aviation, an aircraft maintenance and ground-handling services company based in Hyderabad. The company has identified 18 Tier II cities in southern India as Trujet’s prospective destinations in its new regional network. Presently, the airline is providing ground handling services to Spice jet at nine airports in southern part of India. As of July 2015, Trujet operates ATR 72-500 Aircraft. With Telugu superstar Ram Charan as its promoter, Trujet is sure to make it big in the aviation industry.

The airline has also specified the dimensions of the luggage for carry-in baggage, which as per the policy should not exceed 55cmX35cmX25cm, the same for check-in baggage is 158cm (62inch) in length, width and height. Women’s handbag and small laptop bags are also allowed in addition to the carry-in and check-in baggage. None of them should weight more than 3kg and 100ml liquid container is also allowed to be carried in a transparent plastic bag. For infant travel bookings only carry-in baggage is allowed weighing up to 7kgs for domestic routes. Check-in baggage is not allowed for infants, but those who are travelling with infants are allowed to carry a stroller or a pram with no additional charge.

Web check-in: To avoid hassle and save time of its passengers, TruJet allows web check-in facility through their travel portal. The web check-in starts 24 hours prior to the actual departure time of the flight and ends 90 minutes before the departure. Passengers who have made reservations for a TruJet flight can do web check-in either through the GoIbibo website to avoid hassle at the last moment.
