About Akasa Air
Akasa Air Operation
Akasa Air – Fleet Size
Because the airline is still in its early stages, it will begin operations with two Boeing 737 MAX aircraft and will gradually expand its fleet. They intend to add at least 18 aircraft to their fleet by the end of 2022, with a goal of having 72 ultra-modern, brand-new Boeing 737 MAX aircraft powered by the highly fuel-efficient CFM LEAP-1B engine in their fleet within the next five years.
According to the airline, the 737 MAX family of aircrafts are designed to offer low seat mile costs due to their low operational costs, which are backed by high reliability, superior performance, and enhanced passenger experience. When compared to other aircraft, low maintenance aircraft produce up to 50% less noise. Every Boeing 737 MAX family plane has modern interiors with LED lighting, sculpted sidewalls, and comfortable seats to improve the overall cabin experience.
Akasa Airlines also takes pride in bringing to the competition the country's greenest and youngest fleet, with 50% less noise and 20% less fuel emissions, making it one of the most environmentally friendly air carriers.

Priority check-in also enables customers to have their luggage delivered earlier than non-priority customers once they arrive at their destination. Priority check-in, like extra baggage, can be pre-booked online to avoid the hassle at the airport counter, and passengers can make the booking for priority check-in until one hour before the flight departure.
The following are some considerations for passengers booking a priority check-in and bag for Akasa airlines:

- Passengers must approach the Akasa airline airport counter or contact Akasa airline staff for priority check-in.
- Only two check-in bags will be permitted with priority check-in, and the same number of bags will be delivered on the belt with priority tags.
- The priority check-in service cannot be cancelled on an individual basis by passengers.
- Priority check-in fees will be fully refunded for fully and partially cancelled bookings.
- If the passenger changes the travel date, the pre-booked priority check-in service will be transferred to the new date.
- No refunds will be provided if the passengers do not show up at the airport if they have purchased the service in advance.

Additionally, passengers who cancel their pre-booked meal and ticket combos at least 24 hours before the flight's departure are eligible for a full refund for the food service. However, no-show passengers will not be reimbursed for the Café Akasa fee.
On their website, Akasa Air also states that the airline or Café Akasa cannot guarantee that allergenic foods such as peanuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and so on are not used in their meals because they are prepared using standard recipes. As a result, Akasa Airlines and Café Akasa cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free food. April to June – Warm but Lively
Summer in Guwahati can get warm, but it is a good time for budget travelers as flight fares and hotel prices are usually lower. The city remains lush and green after occasional pre-monsoon showers.
July to September – For Nature Lovers
