Arenaa Star Hotel

Good location for Indians, but slightly far from most of the Mall area, Room is small but well decorated, there is need to increase the light though the one side of wall is full of window from one end to another end which is good for day light, but again the room is small as compare to the price. they have big list of charges if in case any of the item from the room gets missing than u have to pay for that, so please read the item list and check the items once u checked into the room, it is good for u, otherwise u will end up paying in MYR/RM. it is near to China town. They offered me the free coupon to enjoy the cabaret "Paper Dolls" which is performed in Arenaa Star Hotels "M' Floor, and also offered me a free coupon for City Model Show which is hardly 5-10 min walk from Arenaa Star Hotel. All in all hotel is good and many Indian and Chinese and Europeans and gulf countries guest found there.

Pros: Hotel facilities and ambience are good. Worth for money. Location wise, well connected to famous areas. Walkable to China Town, little India and few other areas too. Cons: Deluxe room is small and not spacious. The most bad part is about the managing people at reception desk. They are totally unfriendly. Hotel standard Check-in time is at 2pm they said and strictly they did not give us the room till 2pm even though we were waiting from morning 7am at reception and our assigned room was empty. We were ready to pay surcharge and still they did not accept. They made us so angry due to their unfriendly nature. They repeatedly given reason saying room cleaning is yet to be done for 3hours.

This was our first time stayed in this hotel, and this time, we stayed for 2 nights in the Deluxe star. The Deluxe star room area is small in size, The room interior design is quite ok and unique, but when you walk closer , you can easily found out that Arenaa Star Hotel is poorly maintained. During our stay, we found out that walls have some like intacting the paint layers from the walls. The " free WIFI " is very good at lobby and room The breakfast buffet is almost same everyday, taste not bad, but it's good to let you load some energy before starting your day. The staff and the service is ok. I think Arenaa Star Hotel really need to put some renovation to maintain Arenaa Star Hotel.

Great location, but service can be improved Pros: - Perfect location to go to the Petronas Twin Towers, KL Convention Centre, Aquaria, Pavilion. There is covered pedestrian walkway from Arenaa Star Hotel to these places. So it is very convenient. - Bus stop in front of Arenaa Star Hotel for "Go KL" free bus. - Price is reasonable - Friendly staffs - Swasana spa is nice for self-pampering session

Good stay and value for money.The location is perfect as it is near to Kl tower and 20min drive to petronas else we can take train where station is at walkable distance....tasty breakfast with lot of varieties.Nearby hotel we can also find many Indian restraunts.Overall we enjoyed the stay.Only thing, the area in which hotel is little bit dark not good to walk at late nights.

Rooms are not spacious especially corner rooms and rooms walls and AC looks old. Though washrooms are neat and clean. Location is good and within city center. Indian food is available nearby. Breakfast within hotel is good(though could be better especially roti). With low tariff, it can be considered value of Money.

Great location close to KL Tower, Twin tower, LRT, pudu central bus stop and China town. Pics attached are of Bukiy Bitang mall which you must visit and it's nearby. You can take a Go KL bus purple line (free ride to all places) from back side of Arenaa Star Hotel and enjoy almost all famous spots for free.

Lovely hospitality, great staff especially Malek, he was very helpful. Also I guess most Indians prefer staying here as I saw many Indians checking in. Breakfast was good. The only bad part was the divider they used for bathroom in the room, the water would come out in the room while u r having a bath.

it was more than my expatiation. location was very good. the behavior of Arenaa Star Hotel manager was good. i booked two rooms where one was in other branch but manager gave me suit room at the place of two rooms in the same. in the suit room there were two rooms with batter facilities. I liked it.

Only 2Water bottles of 500 ml. Per day it's very unjustified stock Other wise good location nice view from window affordable prize good and healthy breakfast Small bathroom No oven No Bedsheets change every day. Please give small oven in room Fresh Bedsheets every day Unlimited drinking water

Window view from 8th floor, Breakfast buffet Veg and Non Veg, Washroom and Large bed all are beautiful. Clean and neat. Staff was very much helpful. They did not ask for TIP also.. post your stay you can keep your luggage safely and sit for sometime.. Best hotel. I would recommend everyone.

Very nice hotel to stay. Very good area reach. Very near to MRT. GOOD FRIENDLY HOTELIER STAFF. A never miss hotel. And most good thing is that, it is a very budget friendly Hotel. But, same breakfast menu daily. That is the only boring thing. Apart from that, everything is nice.

Hotel and staff were good. Location is excellent. I stayed there for 2D and 3N. The menu of the breakfast was same on both the days. I believe, Arenaa Star Hotel can improve in that area. Amenities- Hotel does not provide toothbrush. Kindly remember to take it with you:)

Arenaa Star Hotel is centrally located. Very close to Indian restaurants. I booked a grab cab from kl Sentral for 8 RMs which took just 5 minutes to reach hotel. Breakfast is just ok. Not many varieties. Room and linen excellent. But my has no windows which is a minor drawback

Everything is very good. Only thing is the check in and check out timings. A bit quick. Apart from this,it is a very good choice to stay. Very near by to Pure Veg Hotels. Very easily accessible to City centre and KL Central. Enjoyed the stay in it. A definite recommend Hotel

THIS HOTEL IS AWESOME.. THIS IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY.. CAN GET EVERYTHING ON WALKING DISTANCE.. GOOD STAFF.. ROOMS NEAT AND CLEAN.. BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING IS REALY GOOD.. WOULD LIKE TO STAY AGAIN.. REALY NICE HOTEL.. MRT and LRT STATION IS VERY NEAR

This hotel location is great. Very close to central market and chaina town. Lot of indian restaurants are nearby which include saravana bhavan. Free bus purple liner stops right in front of hotel. Food at hotel may not be liked by indians especially from south.

Am giving my personal experience. Hotel is located at very good location just 500m to china town and about 2 km from twin towers. Room was huge and shower was awesome but my room does not have windows. This is the only drawback of my room. Overall good.
