OVERALL : Amazing Stay. Hostile Staff. Conveniently located. Amazing Room Views on front side. Clean Pool. Silent corridoors. Spacious Rooms. 5 star house keeping. Just go for it if you are on a decent budget travel or even if you just want a nice hotel at a decent price. TRAVEL DESK : There is a travel desk outsourced from some travel company. The guy named KARAM sorted our travel plans for about 10 days. The prices offered were definitely cheaper than we got on call from outside vendors. The girl at Reception named Mahalakshmi was also good at attending me and my fellow guests. The guy who is at the reception table at Night, i cannot remember his name but may be its Fidel. The guy with Side Partition of hair. He is probably the fastest person at reception I have ever seen in my life. He is Zapper. DOWNSIDE: The most rude person I felt was the F&B guy. He was on some kind of Ego trip and I am saying this after three encounters with him. It was humiliating to me when he told me a few things as if I work under him at Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai. Must be a pain for his co workers. Also another flaw was: NO BELLBOY to carry your luggage to rooms or bring it down. Else everything else was Perfect. CAFE: they have a cafe/lounge at Ground level only. They have Live Female Singers who sing well. One of the girl name was Lily. Both Russian, and great vocal artists. It use to be really convenient to have lunch at the restaurant area during my random meetings. Also, Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai has a mall across the road where I could just go by walking. For meetings at cafes, I had an amazing cafe nearby. For some Indian cuisine Food, there is a restaurant at about 100 meters distance. The house keeping was regular and they would make sure everything is in place.

The visit to City Max was just like to visit Home Max. The staff was very friendly and speaking even HIndi. The stay was just homely. Quality of wifi was very nice. Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai provide daily complimentary shuttle service up to some destinations which was very useful and convenient. We taken a sun Bath at roof top pool and it was a nice morning for us. The location of Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai is very friendly. 3 metro stations are within 1 km distance. We are totally vegetarian. Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai itself has so many restaurants however we preferred to eat out side. the plus point with this hotel is that a Total vegetarian Hotel *********l is just 200 yard away from this hotel and the food stuff at ******is very nice. Further the other totally veg restaurants are at Meena Bazar which is around 1 Km from Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai. Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai has good luggage room where you can put your luggage after or before check. It has a very nice Zim. i want to suggest one thing. Now a days a computer system is very immense for a visitor and if Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai provide a computer system access to the customers, it will be much much obligation over the guests of Hotel. One more thing to understand is that if you demand one more extra bed, it is not possible here so if you have 2 or more small children with you, prefer not to stay here. I had booked Double room.If only 2 adults and no kids,then it is a perfect room.It is not very spacious. but well mainained clean rooms and economical rooms.Room service is very good and always crowded place.Many people come here.because of well priced rooms and breakfast was OK.People coming from India,especially Vegiterians don't have much varities.They have Lavaza coffee shop near the restautant to have to meet the guests in small area.They don't povide Body lotion and Multipin plug. Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai is located in Al Mankhool .Two metro stations are close by to this hotel,One is ADCB Metro (Red line) and Al Fahidi (Green line).If want to go to Airport,ADCB Metro is nearest station and around 1.2 kms walakble distance.Burjuman mall is near by around 2 to kms and Karama area is other side of main road around 1.5kms.In Karama,Saravana Bhavan and Sangeetha pure veg is located.In fact one can walk to Karama and may take 10 mins.Sharaf DG store is very near by to hotel as well Rajinikanth 24x7 themed restaurant is 1.5kms away.Overall good location,clean and value for money.

Good Location, Nice and clean rooms.. Grocery shops (super-market), indian veg restaurants, metro station,bus stop, meena bazaar all are at walking distance of 5-15 min.Even i visited dubai museum walking which is around 20-25 min from hotel.I stayed there for 5 nights and found my stay satisfactory. There could be little scope of improvement in buffet breakfast as not too much options for indian visitors. Hot and cold water in bathrooms available all the time.Overall i would say it is good value for money hotel.They also provide complimentary transportation in shared mini bus to some important places like beach, dubai mall etc as i saw it mentioned on notice board at the entrance although could'nt avail it myself so cannot confirm.. I would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the option if you are planning for stay with family in bur dubai area ...

Highly recommend this hotel! -budget friendly -good location mid point from adcb and all fahidi metro station -near by super stores burger king and MCD -good service by hotel they clean remove without even you telling them to do so -quick service in cafeteria however menu remains same which gets very boring if ur staying more than 2 days hence they should provide a buffet with changing variety but the buffet was amazing good spread ...and great quality and taste. -rooms clean spacious for two, clean bathroom, tea n coffee provided n water bottle as well. Didn't like that the cupboard was an open one. overall loved the experience: 4/5...

This is the best hotel in dubai. Extremely clean and the best part is its customer care team. I stayed at this hotel for 15 days, I stayed alone for a week and later my husband flew from India for the next week for his birthday. Ankit from customer care team helped to arrange a room having burj khalifa view, which my husband absolutely loved. Lesrin again from customer care team addressed all my requests and solved it immediately when I was alone. Mark the newly joined member in Bell boy team was extremely courteous and polite. I would always pick this hotel for all my future stays. Be rest assured of extreme hospitality.

I stayed in this hotel in March 2018 during my first visit to Dubai. First of all, Amazing hotel and its location is just perfect. A 24X7 supermart, few great clubs, and metro station all within walking distance. We got a room with a great view of Mosque highway. Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai is very clean and their service is amazing n superfast. The most amazing and attraction was its swimming pool and gym. It lacks a proper game room though. The food within the restaurant is average lacking variety in Non veg dishes and made somewhat to cater Indian crowd. Over all if you get a good deal like I did its a total VFM!

I have been to Dubai Many times but this time my selection was City Max. What a hotel Guys it's on premium Location in bur Dubai Meena Bazzar is very Near but that is at the back side so don't think that it's in Meena Bazaar Area. Guys they have 700 Rooms 3 Restaurants & 1 Amazing Bar. Pharmacy & Premium Restaurants are walking distance to Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai Dubai Fram is in Front of Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai. Restaurant Food Taste & all Services of Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai were nice. We have started for 8 nights & we Recommend this to all those who are planning to stay in bur Dubai.

It was good. value for the money you pay. they were very helpful. They are more disciplined and organised people in reception. they expect the same from customers. so if customer is patient. you will find them very good. I am saying this because I had read reviews earlier that they are rude at reception. they attend to one customer at a time, so if you can go in line one by one it is better instead of crowding at counter. Desmond and Sayed at travel desk were very sweet. housekeeping promptly everyday cleaned our room whether we asked or not. I didn't collect his room.

Hotel is very near to new dubai and close to the spots like jumeira dubai mall burj khalifa etc.The best part of this hotel is swimming pool and it is on the terrace.The moment you come out of Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai you will get tye view of burj khalifa and downtown.The same view can be seen from swimming pool as well.The rooms were decently spaced.The onky thing which i was not comfortable was that our checking in process took lot of time and people in the adjacent line were getting moved faster.Other hotel staffs were very polited and potrayed great hospitality.

CityMax is very conveniently located hotel in the heart of Bur Dubai. It is well maintained, rooms are neat and clean and service is of good quality. It is priced reasonably. I would say it is a good value for money and would typically satisfy all the functional requirements of a business traveler or tourist. Places of good food are nearby in Karama or But Dubai, so are supermarkets. One should buy water bottles from next door supermarket, as hotel provides just two small water bottles per day. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai for a short trip.

It s a 3 star hotel just next to g excelsior on Mankhool road the location is so ideal in dubai to catch metro or to visit shopping mall is like 15-20 min walking and many dinning facilities in the surroundings, Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai has app 700 rooms very clean environment very good n fast service and mostly economical because in few months the fare is jumping other wise is perfect budget hotel.The major draw back is the size of the room which is v small and not so comfortable for couples. City Max has always been best and affordable place to stay in Dubai. It has been almost more than 1.5 month I am staying here and would continue syay here itself. Staying here is more comfortable because of good staff here. Receptions Team, Housekeeping all have been very supportive. Specially I would like to mention Mohit from management/reception team has always been veryery helful in Addressing my concerns and he is always willing to assist whenever you need any help.

I stayed here for 9 days and it was an amazing experience. Room service is at its best.swimming pool pub at ground floor everything is very good. connectivity is also very good it will take 8-10 min walk for both ADCB metro station and Sharaf DG metro station from this metro stations you can travel almost any place in the city. For my next trip also i will stay in city max for sure its very good.from here connectivity is very good you can go to any place in small time

I just loved Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai. it was a happening hotel 24/7. People were in and out all the time. Liked the room a lot. One small suggestion is with the bathroom. It had bathtub were we felt very difficult to take baths. Being from India. are not use much to bathtubs. so better to give normal bathrooms without tubs. It will be really difficult for old people to get into and take bath. Other than that i would rate 5 star !!

Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai is very good with good amenities in general. Centrally located and pretty close to city center; though it takes a toll to walk in Dubai sunlight. It has nearest metro station at 1.2 km which appears distant to walk in sun. Breakfast is a bit costly; though there are options for the breakfast and they deliver to Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai lobby. Rooms are a bit small but are quite good and clean.

Good budget simple hotel with Indian food. the room size is very small and can accommodate max 2 adult. we were 3 people and was uncomfortable. location is good and near to airport and metro station. Food is good especially for Indians. lot of variety to eat at reasonable prices and breakfast is good. facilities is ok like small pool, gym and kids entertainment room. overall value for money but small rooms.

During my stay from 6th - 18th Aug the staff were very friendly and helpful. Specially Mintu from housekeeping who always had a smile on his face and always asked upfront if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. Mr. Shiv Singh from city cafe was very understanding when I use to run in late for my breakfast buffet. These are the few gentlemen who made my stay very comfortable.

Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai is okay. Due to covid the coffee shop wasn't open but there is coffee and tea in the room. The pool area was nice but small. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows to choose from. … Place is really great,, lots of resto and bars to choose from,, staff was really great and very helpful and qnd kind,,, Ms Emy and Abdul really is great,,, 👍👍👍

Its been great experience to stay at citymax hotel, bur dubai.only ine request please brekfast cost should be less. Otherwise everything thing was awesome. Very near to metro station and nearby indian restaurants are available. And the last staff service is so good and co-operative and guidence was so well that we cam put our 100% trust ontheir guidence. 🥰❤️🙏🏻
