Ayasofya Hotel - Special Class

Despite of paid advance booking and confirming our booking on 22nd June, the hotel did not keep a room for us and gave it to someone else. On reaching the hotel on 23rd June at 8:00am, we found that all rooms in hotel are occupied and we were shifted temporarily to some hotel with a promise that by 1:00pm our room will be made ready in Ayasofya. On reaching Ayasofya lobby at 1pm , we found that the on desk executive had changed , he had not updated the new executive and we had to again explain our situation. Atlast we received a room at 2:00pm. The room was nowhere close to what was shown while we booked the hotel. The bathroom was not clean with scum all around. There was no phone in the room and no water was provided. Since we had booked family room for 4, it was not mentioned to us that along with one queen size bed there will be 2 sofas beds.The food provided in breakfast tasted stale and the attendant refilled the food and cutlery on after asking repeatedly.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. Wifi is not working properly, even they are not providing the drinking water and staff is very rude with the customer room was also not clean and there is a problem with electricity. Over all not suggest to stay.

I booked this room and my flight got cancelled i called hotel to refund or change my booking to next day they directly said no
