I did not have any bad experience in this hotel, my stay was pleasant, and I had a really good sleep but there are a few things that you need to know when you’re staying here. 1. The rooms don’t have soundproofing, and if your neighbours are noisy, you may not be able to sleep at night. The rooms that are at the lower floors might also be noisy from the point of road side noise. In my room till some point of time I could hear mild sounds from the TV in the next room, and I could also hear people talk, but it was not so loud or disturbing, but if somebody is standing outside in the corridor and talking or banging their Room doors you can hear it clearly, so if the cleaning staff comes to clean the next room early in the morning then you may not be able to sleep so your stay completely depends on situations and people staying next door and also your floor. 2. They don’t provide kettle or coffee maker supplements in the Room. You need to collect it from the Reception and they do not provide coffee powder. They will give you sugar and milk essence that’s all. 3. The washroom does not have body lotion, shampoo, conditioner etc. There is just one soap 4. The single room that I took was spacious enough compared to the other single rooms have stayed in Europe. I had a balcony which was adjoining with the next two rooms so anyone can walk into your area of the balcony. 5. The location is walkable to almost all the sightseeing attractions and also to 2 of the railway stations in Brussels.

The best value for money hotel with a location close to Brussels Grand Place - the reception staff , the vibe at the rooftop bar , the genuine warmth of the people behind the desk , the small details and lively gestures make this hotel a must visit in Brussels. They even help you warm food in a microwave

Very nice hotel v have booked two rooms, one room heater is not worked full night v suffered alot.

Location is the best and the most important point for this hotel. Service is decent.
