Berjaya Praslin Resort

I would seriously suggest people to stay away from this hotel. Its a very old property and needs renovation specially the rooms. The reception and pool area is fine. Very bad hospitality. The receptionist is super rude and high headed as if she owns the hotel. Also, There was one cake promised for my anniversary night but the hotel staff completely mishandled it and forgot about it. When i asked for the same in the evening- i got the response like the kitchen is closed and thats how they ruined my special day. They promised to provide the cake next day with complimentary fruit basket but again they only gave the fruit basket and no cake. By this time I didnt have any mood to argue with the receptionist. At the time of checking- the receptionist even said you cannot eat in the room because of ants will come and then they will have to clean it. This was very odd as what will the person do if he/she cannot eat in the hotel room. The environment was very depressed. The only good thing about this property is the location/ its on the beach itself. Also the restaurant outside of this hotel cooks tasty food. Rest they do not know anything about hospitality and last thing you expect them to be good and polite to their guests.

resort is located at one of the best beaches in Praslin. it's own restaurant, pizzaria which is beach facing serves delicious food, creole curries and pizzas are the must try. there are super markets and other good restaurants at walking distance which make staying in this property even more meaningful. I would strongly recommend this to anyone planning to stay in Cote d'or.

awesome property right at anse volbert beach which is one of the most beautiful on island. this property is value for money in terms of room size, cleanliness, food, swimming pool and everything that you need from a beach resort. staff, specially Indian and srilankan staff, is always welcoming and smiling. we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Berjaya Praslin.
