Receptionist was so rude. After travelling overnight and when you reach hotel at 9am. she was blunt in saying that check in is only after 3pm whereas while booking check in time given was 2pm. She was not accommodative at all even after requesting her so many times. So, entry in SG was so welcoming with this lady’s behaviour. At 3 pm, I was given keys only without any guidance on directions to room and lift. On asking she said that ours is boutique hotel we don’t offer help. No drinking water in room, not much amenities. Only best part of this hotel is location. Somehow, later on in evening I found another girl at front desk was very nice.

The rooms were very small. There was no space in the room. I did not have space to put my luggage in the room. The room bed was in the corner. There was no service boy to carry my luggage. very bad hotel. No services. A bad location.

Small room but clean. It's nearby Clark quay MRT. Not allowed to checked in before 3:00 pm. Location is awesome and located in centre of the city. It's recommended except rooms are small and clean

Location was just beside the main road. Clean interior & lovely environment with generous staff & tasty food availability.
