well to start of with..I booked the jacuzzi suite..we got to the room which had a brilliant view of the ocean..and after an hour of check in we realised that the Air conditioning was not working..so they got a service man who could not solve this issue and we had to shift rooms..the same evening we wanted to use the jacuzzi which dint work either and they dint have the right person to service it..so we had to wait until the next noon to use our jacuzzi which we paid for..and to our suprise when we asked for a few ice cubes we were charged a bomb which no other resort did in the whole trip to thailand. so it's a big thumbs down to this resort and just for the view it's not wort it.
