Horrible. We were given one proper room. Second was three floors down, calling it a cave room, which was smelling very bad like a cattle room, with no ventilation, forget about the AC. It had no space to walk around. There was a window, which would not close, so we had to close that with a pillow.On persistent request the manager gave another room on the same level. This too was called a cave room. No ventilation, bad smell. No AC. Worse came next morning, we were asked to leave that room and go to 4 levels down to another room, much outside the hotel campus. Looked like an unfinished room. No AC. On request, we got a fan. Walking down & up to that room was making us very breathless. Restaurant was also bad. First evening we asked for pasta as Ala carte to a lady, waited for 30 minutes. Then on requesting later, were told we had not ordered. The male assistant was very arrogantly speaking. Later that woman agreed that she had taken the order, but did not deliver it.
