Infrastructure and location is as per expectations. pools are big and you would love it. staffs are mostly cooperative. Everything mentioned above would have made me rated this place as excellent though rating it as bad basis an experience wherein I found professionalism missing. We booked for sunrise safari through concierge desk in hotel. The gentleman over the desk advised us to reach at 3:45 am on the concierge desk for pick up and they will manage rest. As per discussion we were there on the agreed time and after a long wait, we were advised that the same would be conducted at 5 am. We decided not to go for safari then and cancel if they are not compliant with the watch. They have charged 525 dirhams for the safari, which I did not go due to the miscommunication either on their or the vendor's part. They never accepted their mistake. What we expect out of a professional hotel is a professional approach towards an issue and an honest effort to resolve the issue rather than denying the mistakes. Personally I would never prefer a hotel wherein guests concerns are ignored despite of the best infrastructure. Above all, it was not expected out of a flagship hotel from Kempinski! It was a good hotel and staff was turist friendly. The location was really good away from the city and really peaceful. It was far from Abu Dabi city but really nice place.
