worst experience in my life. we have been staying for 7 days in azerbaijan and this was our most expensive hotel yet their services were worst.1. they charge you extra while checking out which is not included in the booking.2 random calls in room at 1 am.3. we chose king deluxe room and the size of the room was smaller than a matchbox. with no ventilation very suffocating room.4. we asked for upgrade by paying the difference amount and they were charging us 160 mannat which was more than the original cost of the room.5. no helper for luggage in such a big hotel.6. no vegetarian options to eat.7. receptionist was also so rude when we were complaining about our issues and no solutions were given to us.8. no contact with the reception again and again we had to go down for everything.over all it was worst experience of my life.higly not recommended to anyone especially indians

Good location, big rooms. Worth the stay. Breakfast is good but they can keep more options, staff is very courteous.
