Stayed at this property for the fourth time, it has been amazing as every other time, but the only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5 star rating was the fact that i wasnt very happy with the cooling of the AC in my room.. apart from that i have been very happy with the breakfast , service of each employee at this property has been always great !! Having stayed at many hotels all over Bali , the staff in here is the best ever staff i came across , always ready to help and always greeting u all around the property with a big smile .

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Good hospitality. Location was great, located in city. There was dining facility, food menu was limited. i booked 2 lagoon access room but I got a free suite room as complimentary.
