We had booked a suite with sea view for 4nights. It was a spacious room with quite big living area and sitting. The service and hospitality was good. The view was amazing. They had few options of indian food at the roof top restaurant Horizon.. The location is also very good. Cabs are easily available. Just that we had caled in advance for early checkin. They gave us 1room timely. However, the other rooms were ready., but they handed over at 3pm only. We made hundreds of requests as we had overnight journey, the rooms were vacant and ready, but they dindnt agree. Later, when i asked them to call the housekeeping dept, (because i knw the room was clean and vacant as it was adjoining to my parents room which they had already givrn) at last, they gave us at 2.30pm being very rude. We had a very pleasant stay, bful property bful place bful view.
