The property is awesome & the atmosphere & the ambiance of this place is very pleasing & was upto the mark but the only drawback is that they asked us to pay for the room before check-in & so their staffs didn't seem supportive to me. Apart from this everything else was good. The food was just average for Indians as Indian food items were very less over here & the taste of it was just okayish too. The room & the services here were very good. Overall our stay was comfortable here.

Awesome resort to stay in. The hospitality & food was perfect only the location was bit far from main street basically it is situated in Ubud area. Professional staffs and the resort also provided free WiFi facility, complimentary breakfast & swimming pool. Apart fro them they also provided 15 mins free massage service as a complimentary.Overall an amazing experience.

As market area & beach both area located nearby to it so location wise it's fantastic. The room I stayed in was very comfortable & their staff's services were great as well. The ambiance of this hotel was very soothing. The complementary breakfast that they provided was good as well. Overall it was a wonderful stay over here.

Wonderful place to stay. Especially the Lagoon villas. Housekeeping is great and service is good. Just one suggestion, as lot of Indians will keep on travelling to Bali for Vacation or Honeymoon... you need to hire a very specific Indian cook. And improve your morning breakfast spread with more vegetarian items...

Awesome experience. Room was well maintained as we expected. Staff was good and breakfast which they served was quite nice but Indian variety was limited. Hotel is well located in the main city in the market area where Indian restaurant are easily available.
