Grand Hyatt Bali

I have been around enough to form an opinion on what defines a good place. In my view a place is deemed good and worth remembering only if you yearn to go back as soon as you get a chance, once you reach back home. I found Grand Hyatt, Bali to be exactly that kind of a place. I am writing this feedback after a month from my stay and I think I’m still in awe of how well this property is designed and maintained. A special mention for Garden Cafe Restaurant and everyone working here, making sure that every visitor has good dining experience. Also, special mention for the Mr. Ashish Jakhmola, Indian Speciality Chef. I, never expect authentic Indian food taste outside of India. But I was pleasantly surprised how well food preparations were, I can still remember the taste of all the dishes, that I got to taste. The fish curry, dal makhani, chole kulche made by Chef Ashish were delicious and worth remembering for a lifetime. He prepared those dishes the way they are suppose to be. Also, the humility and humbleness that he shows as a person are admirable. I must say that his food is definitely one of the reasons for our pleasant stay and our longing to visit and stay in Grand Hyatt, Bali again. I hope and wish that this admiration inspires every member of Grand Hyatt, Bali team and they continue to put in great work and effort they all put in on a daily bases for every visitor.

Good resort but faced issue with rooms allocated. We specifically booked Ocean View Rooms, but we were given Garden View rooms with the reason that their Ocean View Rooms were fully occupied. After wasting half our first day requesting the manager, he finally agreed upon moving us to an Ocean view room for the second night. Besides this mismanagement, the resort is extremely pretty in its exquisite natural setting. The other staff surely knew hospitality. We enjoyed the private beach and the river pool, that is the highlight of this resort.

The property is just fabulous & it's ambiance was very good too. The room I stayed in was good but it could have been better otherwise apart from this everything was amazing be it it's services or food. Our overall stay over here was out of the world.

It was excellent experience with this Hotel and Service by the Team member of Grand Hyatt Bali. Nice food provide by Grand Hyatt Bali. We did lots of fun and enjoy in this Hotel. Thank you so much to Hotel Team for arranging on the time to time.

It is one of the most amazing property i have been. The location , staff , ambience were mesmerising all the amenities were first class. Best place for luxurious & peaceful stay... Cons: There will be little problem with indian food.

panoromic property smooth check-in well maintained a bit old though but truely among nusa Dua property a must visit again variety of swimming pools variety of breakfast personal attention from staffs big rooms

Beach is very nearby to it so I really liked it's location & it's property is very well maintained too & their rooms & services great & the food they provided was delicious as well. it was an amazing stay of mine.

Stay was nice and hotel is value for money. The location was good and there was an amazing view from the room. Overall everything was satisfactory.
