Hotel Van Belle

The hotel was clean and good. The negative point is it’s location, it’s located too far outside from the Grand Place (central point of Belgium) and it’s almost at the end of city. Besides this the staff here is so rude and non-supporting. The heater temperature in hotel is minimal and when we asked to check it in our room, the hotel staff took one hour just to address the issue and when this guy checked he said it’s the same temperature in every room and nobody else is complaining about it, if you have a problem you can just find another hotel. First they take infinite time to just respond to your issue (because they are all very busy and do not have time for you!?) and when they do (if) they are like we do not want to help you, they did not even bother even changing our room inspite of rooms availability, absolutely absurd .

The hotel is very nice, but the street in front of the hotel is not that great.
