Good one to go solo r with group of friends guys from the reception are sweetly attitude free breakfast menu what they having is also great every evening they r providing free beer is also another catchy.Reception guy named Dinh lee is such pleasent guy to be friendly helped me thruout the trip for more than 4days...awesome place to stay with another girl from reception katy attitude is also good one

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, especially Doan, who helped us a lot during our stay and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were also very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Hanoi

clean and had good lighting. The bathroom has separate toilet and shower. The bed is wide and clean but a bit on the hard side for my taste. The hotel staff were professional and very helpful. Thank you to Wendy for being such a good host. However, the room lacked a safe but I never had to worry about theft when I stayed there.

Room is clean and comfortable, great WiFi service, they have room service everyday ! Staff are friendly and perfectly treat us as family, give us a lot of help on how to get our way, they are always here to tell us more about vietnam. They help us to book ticket to sapa and ensure we have go on bus safely.

It is a good hostel, the price was OK, you get what you pay, shared bathroom and toilet were OK. The room itself literally a timber box, the whole room fully occupied with double bed size and therefore no floor exist.

The hostel really does a big effort in terms of making people having a nice time. The staff is nice and everything is clean. Location is perfect. All nice. I liked the rooftop asthe party goes on there

Good for back-packers,comfortable room, you may consider to stay in this hotel. The location is alright for us because we use car rental not public transportation. Strongly recommended.
