Hanoi Harmonia Hotel & Spa

The location of Hotel was very fantastic. All the main attractions in old quarters are nearby, you can walk to main Circle near the lake then you can visit beer Street by walking itself. There are many shops available nearby to hotel. The breakfast was having less items but all were delicious and which we could enjoy, the veg options were available. Indian hotel PK restaurant is just 2-3 mins walking away. The TV had youtube with internal where we can watch anything and don't feel that we are in other country. The room size which we took family room was okay for four people, hot water was available throughout but the bathroom has small bathtub and it is little risky to get inside tub for normal bath also. Only issue was the main lobby is at first floor but it doesn't matter very much. All the hotels nearby are also same size but we can visit Market anytime and all things are available that is very good part of this hotel so we really enjoyed staying in hanoi Harmonia, only the thing which we didn't like that we asked to hotel to give little late check out and they have not supported by saying Hotel is full but the room was available with more charges so we booked another hotel for 2 hours and we shifted to that hotel before moving to airport.good location, big beds

staff is nt cooperative they gave me this kind of room asked 2 hrs early chk in although there mostly room were vacant nd aftr showing this room photos they gave us other room
