My booking was for 11th July 2019. That means the checkout was on 12th July at 11am. My flights to Washington got delayed and I somehow reached the hotel on 12th, early morning. I was extremely tired after 50+ hours of travel however I was shocked when I was denied a check in saying that they marked me a no show and cancelled my booking. Apparently they cancelled my booking and provided the bed to someone else, that's very unethical behaviour on the hotel's part. I was not given any such conditions while booking that I'm supposed to check in by a specific time. While a person is stranded somewhere on airport how is he/she expected to communicate with hotel? What is the point of booking and paying in full? If it was a pay at hotel booking I would understand that they cancelled my booking but when I paid for it in full I had full right over the room untill 12th July 2019, 11am. I was left to sit in a public lobby despite paying fully, it was a frightening experience after landing on to a new country. Horrible and pathetic experience.
I stayed two nights here, checked on a Friday afternoon and checked out on a Sunday morning. I liked the place, ambience, cleanliness, and courtesy of the staff. The reception staffs are very polite and helpful. The area is nearly calm and quite. There is no regular free breakfast, but on Sundays they give pancakes and potato wedges in the morning. On Friday nights there's an ice cream social, that's free ice cream unlimited. The bed is soft, linens, bedsheets and blankets are in for condition. There are two vending machines, one for snacks and the other for drinks. Wifi is fast and free available every where. Rest rooms, bath rooms are clean with supply of got waters. They don't allow alcohol drinks after 11pm which is in the good interest for inmates. Non smoking rooms. I liked the stay and will recommend to all backpackers and solo or group travelers.
The beds were comfortable. Nice cold breakfast with variety. Every evening they hosted social events and were very supportive of any help needed.
