Inhabit Queen's Gardens, a Member of Design Hotels

rooms are really small..even though we were given a bigger room on request, the bigger one is also small imagine the first one... the hotel does not have storage facility for guests who are coming back after few days!! we had booked it for another stay after 6 days of UK travel and yesterday they told us they don't have insurance to keep luggage of customers overnight!! some staff staff is friendly... some are absolutely not... while checking in we arrived at 9.30am and requested for a room... we were sitting in the reception area and saw atleast 20-30 rooms being checked out but the receptionist kept saying they can't give us room before 1.30pm minimum as all rooms are booked!!! when we told them that they were having so many check outs, she said it takes time to clean and prepare the rooms!! I haven't seen a single hotel which takes 5 hours to prepare a room! around 12.30 one of them said ok u can get a room now! have travelled to all parts of the world... this was the worst hotel experience ever! at this price we stay in 5 stars and this hotel shud be rated not even 2 star and 0 for their attitude

Excellent stay at the hotel for 5 days. Much spacious rooms for London in comparison to other hotels. Good location as close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations (each is 7 min walk). Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are very clean and house keeping is good.

I was given a compact room despite booking a deluxe room On asking the hotel if it's a deluxe room, they told that it was a deluxe room but smaller than the other deluxe rooms. It was obviously a lie

The hotel is pathetic ..spoiled our whole mood...the room size is so small..no walking space...overly priced pathetic hotel...dont book this hotel ...pathetic pathetic pathetic..
