every good hotel should be able to advice the guests about the places and options of travelling at reasonable price. I missed this option here and even at other hotels in Shrilanka. either they will not be able to advice/ help or they will fleece you. the reception people were not able to help in tourist options and in house dining also was not so responsive however on requests I was able to get help and therefore I rated 4 star. the room was very nice. besides minor issues I mentioned earlier, there was nothing bad. the location is good too.

Great overall experience. Beautiful hotel entrance and common spaces. Clean room and bathroom. Toilet fitting were of excellent quality. Great breakfast. Vareity of choices in the breakfast. Bar and restaurant was amazing and is accessible from inside Kandy City Hotel by Earl's. Various nationality crowd in Kandy City Hotel by Earl's and bar area. Wonderful experience and Highly reccomended. Privacy Hospitality of the staff.

It was fun staying at Kandy City Hotel. Kandy City Hotel by Earl's is at prime location with good connectivity. It is well maintained and the staff is very helpful.

Intially small room given, even though booking of super deluxe.post asking for the room change, they swiftly changed the room to deluxe
