Excellent hotel But as much we Thought before booking ... At main location .. Over Expensive according price ... Peaceful hotel/location staff Was brilliant, services Is Great... Gala Nights Was Good Awesome ..Property KC excellent ..love and I wish To stay there every time I Come Koh chang .. No words to Describe

Hotel is good. Service is really poor, also the hillside room literally have no view. It's actually pretty bad so I would recommend to not book hillside room as we ended up paying extra to upgrade the room and hotel staff would literally do nothing about it. Rest pools are amazing. We had a good time in the pool.
