Despite having made a fully paid booking more than 2 weeks in advance, upon arrival we were informed that our room was not available until 5 PM as the previous guests staying had requested a late checkout until 5 PM - the hotel asks us to wait in lobby from 1 PM until 5 PM till our room is becomes available as all other room were fully occupied. The hotel had conveniently decided to make extra money by allowing the earlier guests stay longer by giving extension for late checkout at our expense. When strongly protested that it is not acceptable yet we were told there is no choice but to wait - that too after 16 hours of our flights and travel. Finally the Manager of the hotel shows up and suddenly we have two rooms available to choose from, which once again the room given to us is the smallest room in their category whereas we had booked a large Family room. Once again the Manager had to be spoken with and we were assigned a slightly bigger room, though did not get to see our booked Family room. Quite a disappointing experience specially with a 4 year old child and having flown for nearly 16 hours to reach Paris. Unacceptable is the blatant lies given by the reception staff with an absolute nonchalant attitude towards room availability which was even verbally expressed that it was a bad idea booking with this hotel for such disregard towards paid advance booking. At check-in upon arrival was also noticed that hotel reception was entertaining "walk-in" guests towards room availability - no done for such a hotel to be distrustful and dishonest. Certainly do not recommend anyone staying in such a hotel where you arrive tired and expect to be shown to your hotel room immediately instead of asking to spend 5 hours at a small table in tiny lobby and use common toilet for your needs - appalling!!

Rooms are small and they are not going to provide water bottle free else it was great stay there. Location is very good
