There were snake like insects in the swimming pool. I informed the manager about it, they took some cleaning action, but i wasn't able to go to the pool for the rest of my stay, being creeped out by the insects. The hotel didnt compensate me in any form. Im here in Jakarta for a few more days but am avoinding this hotel. The hotel is about an hour from the airport and the hotel street is always filled with traffic. Youve to leave an hour early if you wish to go anywhere in the city.

Overall a good stay. Hotel needs to renovate it's rooms which are showing signs of wear and tear. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Portions of food in Indian restaurant are large and difficult for a single person to eat. They could cut down on portion size and price accordingly. location is good but traffic on the road outside is very high during peak time Accessibility to any part of Jakarta is good. Comfortable stay.

Perfect hotel Its an excellent hotel for Indians travelling to jakarta. Indian restaurant and Indian breakfast makes everything easy for you. Very close to shopping malls and offices. Great staff always ready to help you! Highly recomended!!
