I have complaint at breakfast time at Marco Polo Hotel, where I was found a piece of Hair in the Cold Milk which I was put in the bowl and when I am trying to add the corn flakes in the milk I saw a piece of hair floating in the milk and i have immediately informed to Marco Polo Hotel staff in the kitchen and on the next day I have found a piece of glass on the chair where I was sitting and that was I have shown to the junior of the GM in the presence of him. I there was a camera you will check all the incident. And on the last day, the staff of Marco Polo Hotel follow and chasing my brother regarding your two friends also living in your room and he want to check the room but when Mr. Wassem along with my brother came to our room I am standing at the door of my room with one person who already check in same hotel near to our room and asking me for something about Marco Polo Hotel. When Mr. understand that one person who is standing with me at door of room is the separate visitor of Marco Polo Hotel. Otherwise room services and amenities and cleanliness of Marco Polo Hotel is good.

i had a wonderful stay in marcolpolo hotel, deira... this hotel has so much to offer u.. night clubs,thai night clubs, Indian night clubs, Russian night clubs in Marco Polo Hotel,restaurants, bars, hooka bars.. so many more things.. this place is so cheap as compared to other places in Dubai.. I stayed in bur Dubai and Dubai Marina as well... there are tons of food restaurant nearby... transportation is also easily available from this hote.. Salah Al din metro station is hardly 8-10 minutes walk from Marco Polo Hotel... 5 stars for this hotel

Hotel location good it is located close to 2 metro station. 1st is very near walking distance is about 1 min & 2nd union metro station about 8-10 min ..club also available & free entry who stay in hotel otherwise entry charges apply , swimming pool ,small gym,What is complimentry or what's not in room .Please asked the person who stay in your rooms..i hv stay in hotel when i checked out the receptionist can say 40 DRM for lays & nuts which is in your room ,i think both are complimentry is it 40 DRM ? **** !

Excellent hotel in prime location in deira, with good facility, Salah Al din metro is only 5 minutes walking distance , and Union metro station is 15 minutes walking distance to hotel, Deluxe rooms are very specious and nice amenities, Breakfast is so good, Room service is very nice, value for money, enjoy with Goibibo cheapest price,The staff is very friendly and helpful, Bhavna madam Mr.Sampat and Mr.Alex and all staff are very friendly, we stayed for 4 nights, Recommand must visit at Marco polo hotel .

I travelled with my family of 12 people and stayed here for 6 days. The staff is really nice and polite, they serve great Indian food for breakfast as well as lunch/dinner. Hotel is located on the main Street and easily accessible via cabs. Bhavna and Ram from their staff get a special mention for their super awesome gestures and kindness during our stay. I'd highly recommend this to anyone traveling from India within a limited budget.

It's a good 4 Star Hotel close to the Metro Station. The Metro provides easy access to all important locations in Dubai. Hotel Rooms are nicely done and is good value for money providing a Mini Bar and Tea / Coffee Maker and relevant amenities. Excellent Buffet breakfast with a choice of Western and Indian cuisine. Had a pleasant stay at Marco Polo Hotel.

excellent stay in hotel Marco polo... food was fantastic.. all staff members are polite.. i had a problem in tv while staying they reconnect it in mintues without any delay.. they change my lcd.. really appreciated everything.. i recommend this hotel to stay with family.. great experience

Helpful staff at bombay restaurant .....good vegetarian food for the people who miss indian type food options .....pool is ok....the best part of our visit was food .....actually we found through internet about bombay restaurant n then had dinner here...we liked and shifted our hotel...

It's been an amazing experience in Marco Polo Hotel in terms of interior and services. Only thing I don't like about Marco Polo Hotel is that you have to ask for some toiletries, which cleaning staff hesitate to keep of their own. Also, the USB point given in the room was not working.

It's a decent place with adequate facilities, the place could do with better cleaning in the bathroom, the bathtub was not too clean, the hairdryer was sticky, and some o the areas got rusted over time. The staff was very friendly and good location with Metro 400 mtr only.

This hotel is true value for money abt 200 meters from Salah Au din Metro station. very good breakfast layout. Two live counters for Dosa and Eggs daily. They keep cold lime water at the gate to beat the heat.Overall good hotel for Solo as well as Family.

Very nice hotel luv to stay here as all the staff are very helpful and eager to resolve your needs. Good Rooms Good Food and Nice and bright rooms for your comfort. TV also have good channels to watch. Overall a good 4* property to stay.

This an amazing hotel at nice location near metro station Salah Al Din. Deluxe rooms are very spacious and nice amenities. Bombay Restaurant was good to have breakfast. Only WiFi is worst there. nothing special for a couple.

Amzing people, good service, only the problem which i faced was, there is a club on the ground floor which creates a lot noise in the nights in the rooms just above it or we can say on whole first floor and the second floor

Excellent location and support staff... hygiene and spacious.. Good place to spend time... All consumables available near by and all regulations for covid is being followed.. Food is bit expensive but was good...
