Superb Hotel, Great place to stay for Indian community. Everything about this hotel is good. Pros: 1.Friendly Staff. 2. Good location. 3. If Ur staying for more than two days then try Buffet breakfast at two different places...one at Ground floor and the other at 19th Floor. 4.Good wide spread Buffet Breakfast with variety of Indian dishes at Ground Floor. 5.19th Floor Buffet Breakfast is also equally good with variety of Indian breakfast on the Menu. 6.Neat, clean and Spacious Rooms. 7.Room Amenities are superb. 8.Good view from Rooms 9.Quick response form House keeping. 10.Good options of Indian Restaurants around Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel for lunch and Dinner. 11.They provide complimentary Jacuzzi,Steam and sauna. Cons 1. Check in is Very Very late. 2. Check out is on time... they won't let u stay more for not even ten minutes. 3. very congested Reception looby. 4. Small swimming pool. Overall loved our stay for 5 nights and would love to come back again. Every one enjoyed the stay.

Very comfortable and peaceful stay. No hassles and completely satisfied with the service. If you are vegetarian and looking for Indian options to eat.. Look no further. This is located near Karama area and has many Indian restaurants at walking distance. Like Bikanervala, chappan bhog, Rasoi ghar etc. About 700 m from metro so very convenient if you want to save money on taxi. Just opposite to Burjuman mall so lots of options for kids n family for shopping and fun. Bus stops are at walking distance as well as supermarkets. Infact there is even Indian supermarket just beside hotel.. Facilities are top notch, very clean and peaceful. We could see city skyline from room as we were on higher floors. Ask them for Burj Khalifa view room. Staff is polite and efficient.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days.We booked the superior room but as the room was not available that day so they upgraded us to deluxe at 14th floor.The view was awesome and room has all the amenities needed by a traveller.Hotel staff is very supportive and provide help whenever is needed.Best part is hotel is in Burjman so you will get lot of options to have Indian food near buy hotel.Metro station is also just 5 min walk.I really recommend Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel to Indians visiting Dubai because of the location and good. Hotel also provide shuttle to Jumerah beach and Dubai mall so you can make use of that.Thanks Park Regis for providing us so good hospitality.

We had booked 2 rooms and stayed for 6 nights in last week. It was indeed a wonderful experiance starting from check in, housekeeping, breakfast, coffee shop.. everything was perfect. Special thanks to housekeeping staff for their wonderful service. Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel has the best locatoon in bur dubai area as good indian restaurants, grocery stores, metro and shopping malls are at walking distance. We had an amazing and very very comfortable stay. if you are an Indian traveller like me, you would love this hotel because it has a seperate Indian restaurant. Also there are a lot of Indian restaurant just behind Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel and mind you, you would not miss indian food at all. the views from the top floor restaurant are wonderful. rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. the staff is very professional but not very polite. swimming pool is very small in comparison to the number of rooms in Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel.. nice family restaurant... and the fact that we could celebrate karwa chauth at Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel itself.

It was our first trip to Dubai with my family. We booked 3 rooms & all the rooms were very spacious & clean. We did not try food but the view from rooftop restaurant was wonderful. Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel is well maintained and staff is very supportive. We had a peaceful stay and would definitely love to stay again in future. Location is the best due to lot of restaurants, mall, metro stations nearby at walking distance. The only thing we faced problem was we had to run water for quite some time to get hot water in taps as our room was on 1st floor as told by hotel reception.

Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel initially took about 2-3 hours to allot us all the rooms practically eating into our first day time. We reached at 3.30 pm but the rooms were not ready. Further we had booked 4 rooms together, still they were not aware that we wished to stay together! The rooms given on the first floor didn't have good bathrooms. However after 2 days, to make up they did upgrade 2 rooms to suites which was a nice gesture. The breakfast spread was good with enough options for vegetarians. Overall the room quality is good, location easily accessible and staff courteous.

It was a great experience residing at Park regis. Rooms were super clean and full with basic amenities like almirah, locker, cloth iron, fridge, bathtub, water bottles(4 free water bottles per day). Breakfast was awesome consisting of enormous number of options in food items and cuisines. Reception staff and other staff members were very cooperative. Best part was location of Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel(near to the Burjuman metro station, many food joints just at a walking distance). Overall experience was very good. Highly recommended from my side.

Excellent Location, Great Value for Money Hotel.. Business Class, neat & clean Budget hotel.. In between ADCB Metro & Burjuman Metro ( walking is about 800-1000 meters from both stations)... Hundreds of restaurants & eating options within walking distance! This is what I liked about this hotel ... I did not opt for Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel breakfast which was coming@ 75AED, instead, I chose to explore breakfast, lunch & dinner at various interesting & cheap joints nearby... You can have good breakfast 12AED onwards!

We were upgraded from superior room to deluxe room as we requested for a room in the higher floor. The room was spacious with a good view. Buffet breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent. This hotel is also walkable distance to Bur Juman metro station. Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel includes facilities like clubs, restaurants, roof top swimming pool with bar, jacuzzi and spa. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for people who would want to stay in the centre of Dubai.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out, location was superb. I was in room no 1120 and the only (Big) problem I faced was after 11 pm someone was ranging the door bell and every time I open there was no one outside it happens 4 times within a couple of minutes. Then I contacted the Reception area they checked the CCTV footage and no body was there, after that my wife got literally scared, also again it happens next day. That's the scariest thing happens with me otherwise rest was perfect

Excellent service, clean comfortable rooms, big breakfast variety with a lovely view of Dubai city. The location was perfect for us. Minutes walk to the Metro, shopping center across the road and loads of restaurants right next door. Loved the pool with a fantastic view of Dubai, especially at night. All the staff were very friendly & helpful - from the lobby/front desk, the restaurant for breakfast, the pool staff & the staff who took care of our room. Thank you for a wonderful staff

best hotel in bur dubai, I have booked triple sharing duplex room but lady at reception give me sweet room it's one more category than duplex, room was amazing, every facility u have in room and greet bath tub and greet washroom, flooring and interior is superb, I back to my country and I still can't forget that room and hotel, swimming at toproof was great view, staff was good and have good manner, behavior of staff is lovable very gentle all staff thank u park regis and Goibibo...

I have stayed in Park Regis for 8 days (Apr 16 to 24). The location of Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel cannot be more perfect with malls, restaurants, metro stations all around Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel. The reception staff and house keeping staff were extremely friendly. Special mention is definitely needed for house keeping.....Extremely tidy and simply amazing!! Just loved my stay at Park Regis and looking forward for my next Dubai visit.

it's a fantastic place to stay. room size is bigger, the management also upgraded my room as I was travelling with child. the breakfast has lot of varieties and they have a separate restaurant for Indian breakfast with plenty of choices. the pool, jacuzzi, steam were fun. service is superb, very close to some popular markets like gold souk, Jumeirah. will stay again for sure... the safe environment, separate jacuzzi and steam for females,

I think Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel was a big hit with foreigners. Pretty well located. In case of Indian visitors, a great deal of Indian restaurants available within close vicinity. Metro nearby, burjuman center mall almost opposite to Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel. Our room was upgraded and the room was huge. Very spacious room. Except the service which was a little slow probably there were lots of visitors. I loved my stay and so shall you.

Park regis is the Best Hotels as per Location ,Cleanliness & Guest services among other Hotels of Dubai. Best for Jain people who like pure Jain vegetarian Food. what you have to do, just you have to inform the chef via email before you check in you will get the pure veg food as you desire. we really loved this Hotel and enjoyed all Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel unlimited amenities & services during our Stay in Hotel !

This hotel is located in a part of Dubai you need to see if you want to experience Bur Dubai area, hotel offers nice clean rooms restaurant and bars with all the amenities you will want for an excellent and affordable price, very close to two metro stops, one that is located in the mall just across the street for easy access to downtown and other areas. helpful and friendly staff to make your stay memorable.

Rooms are excellent and the bathroom especially is very spacious. Well maintained facility and rooms. The service could be a little better - I didn’t have a great time while checking in and the service when asked for was not very fast which is generally the case with good hotels. Having said that though, the room and facility is outstanding and gives you more than the money’s worth.

very good location. lots of Indian restaurants nearby. Room service menu is costly. spacious and clean room. There is no spa. All staff is courtius. Specially House keeping boy Gayan is excellent in service and given good service for all house keeping needs. Breakfast is not worth for 105Aed. Otherwise everything is fine. I would recommend this property for further stay.
