Phi Phi Cliff Beach Resort

1. Rooms are big - yes, they are, but then I wondered that what do one do with big rooms in an island? do I spend time in a big room or on beach and pool .....decide for yourself 2. The most popular 3rd floor view - Yes again, only if you get room number 1 to 6. Otherwise the view is horrible, look at the pictures for view from room 7 to 16 3. The breakfast spread is very average and siting area is not even worth a two star hotel, with just a few standing fans it gets very hot, check out the pictures 4. Housekeeping: one word - pathetic. the bathroom was not cleaned. Shower area was not cleaned and neither was room floor. It was all sand everywhere. Experience we didn't had in other resorts in Krabi and PhiPhi. On the brighter side we got the experience of being on the beach 24/7 :). 5. This is a concrete hotel and not a resort. There is nothing for one to do in the hotel. not even an exposure to beach with long beach chairs, unlike other resorts in the island which are on the beach Apart from these reasons applicable to everyone, below is one more experience worth sharing, personal in nature. we got a twin room on the site we booked. there was no inventory for double bed. on arrival we asked if there is a double room and we can be given that. we were told that they are completely sold out and no double or any other rooms are available and if they get some availability next day, they will shift us. but for both days we didn't get a double room, and we could not complain. However, we realized that more two to three rooms on the same floor, all double in our left and right were vacant both days. when we confronted the reception, we were told that they were expecting guests who didn't turn up. two days in a row and 3-4 rooms in a floor were vacant as guests didn't turn up? not sure how to analyze that....

it's a superb property situated just at the beach....10 minutes walking from the main centre ( where most food joints are and the main pier is) so this makes for a perfect location....little away yet close by....the rooms are spacious with a mini kitchen - with a microwave....Our room was on the 4th floor with a huge balcony ( the balconies are common to all the rooms) which makes for a big open area in front of your room....overlooking the sea....loved the property ...breakfast - was average but the beautiful spacious rooms make up for everything....Staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful....cheers guys....book without any hesitation...try to book 3rd floor with direct access to infinity swimming pool....it will be more fun....

The first thing that you notice about the hotel is the size of the room and its bathroom which is lavish as compared to the other hotels. We got a room on the third floor which also had direct access to the swimming pool through our balcony door which was amazing. Overall experience quite good We loved the ocean view that we got and the peace since it is at one end of the island.

Hotel is really good for family, couples and friends. Beach is just next to the hotel, furnished with all modern amenities, Easily reachable from the Pier. Hotel is having a swimming pool which is icing on the cake. We liked everything the Room, Pool and the Beach.
