I was expecting a 2 or 3 star experience, and have to give 4 stars. Front desk was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, room and dining room clean. Only things needing help: breakfast needs healthier, fresher food; airport shuttle needs "Quality Inn" written on it; laundry machines need repair. Fix those, and I will give five stars!
