worst experience of my life.. no room service was available at reception one of the staff told no staff available to take your luggage to the rooms. we by ourself tske the luggage to the rooms no water bottle was available... please don't stay to this property 🙏 this is peak season in diwali time and they don't have any staff bery bad experience not gonna take or recommend anyone to this property

average hotel. rooms size very small . not recommended. Seven eleven outside hotel sells goods at higher prices. no water provided. no cutlery provided when asked even 2 tiimes. book at your own risk. travel only thru metro. located in kowloon but other sides of city can also be booked. nothing special in this areas totally commercial. Avoid Going to HongKong even if you can.

its nonveg food on the floor cleaning not very good , its very bad and also some food on the room flore also not provided water bottel washroom very bad shower place no any enough space for take a shower
