As we can see from the news that bali is on high alert, we are travelling to bali on 4th December. Will the hotel reimburse if we cannot make our trip to bali since this is a natural consequence?
is construction is still goin on at hotel? if yes then can we expect this to complete by august?

Very good location in center of Kuta, they also provide free cycles to tour Kuta, overall very good experience only one aspect where they need to improve is to provide free drinking water, as i was denied even to fill water in bottle during breakfast and When i asked for complimentary water for my room (as they were not previously kept there) then room service guys were very rude and did not provide at once till i complain it to the reception, This was strange becoz in stayed in other hotel in Kuta and when ever i needed water bottle (complimentary) they provided happily

everything is good about hotel. very close to all places like legion street, kuta square, discovery mall. Cons; No indian food in breakfast and which is called as aloo prontha or idly sambar is totally different than indian food. Kuta beach deserted at night hence if someone want to go to beach wont find anything at night.

The stay was really fantastic.Ramayana Suites and Resort was spread in the 1 acres of land.They had 2 swimming pools in the resort.The staff and services were excellent.It was the best resort in the Bali and was 5 mins walk away from the Kuta Beach.

The stay at this hotel was fabulous. Very good ambience and food. One has 3 restaurants to choose from. Good spread of food. Only thing which can be improved is cooling inside the room. Could have been better

Excellent location as it was near to the beach. Staff was co-operative and very helpful. Services were good and cleanliness was there. they are renovating Ramayana Suites and Resort didn't affect my stay.

It was near to the beach and market also. Nightlife was good also. There was Indian restaurant near there so it was good. Staff was supportive. Free Wi-Fi was available. It was one of the best resort.
