When I checked in I was not informed of the $75 as deposit and was deducted f4om my credit card. I have not got my REFUND into my card as yet. I would have given cash as i did at other hotels and got the REFUND immediately on check out. Please convey this to the management. Check out 31st Aug Jennifer GOMES + 1. Rgds

Staff is great and very friendly... the reception area is a bit cramped but the rooms are good.
walking distance to major shopping outlets on 5th avenue..
