checking time is 3pm and they charge you 50 RM for early check in and no slip provided for this. Very bad attitude of staff

The hospitality, the services, the accommodation was all good. Didn't had any issue with their facilities which I have received.The hotel is located bit outside from the town.
Overall stay was very pleasant.

I would like to recommend this hotel for budget travellers.. Rooms were neat and clean.. was able to have a peaceful sleep.. breakfast spread was gud.. they allow checkins only by 3pm.. overall worth it..

Great staying experience. Rooms are big and helpful staff. Only thing is the hotel is little far (7-8 kms) from the main attractions of Langkawi and doesn't have anything nearby.
