1st room didn't have telephone connection(which is important considering you are on foreign trip and you need assistance every now and then). We were allotted new room but AC in the room was leaking water(literally pouring) all night long. Was asked to shift my parents at 2 am in the morning to different room....however they being elderly it is difficult.

An average hotel with very less spacious rooms but in a good location.
Its right opposite to Bencoolen MRT station and walkable distance from Bugis and Little India. There are 7/11 and money exchange shops very close by.

Beautiful location with nearby MRTs (Buses and Metros) to travel anywhere, near to little India, good housekeeping, staff is kind enough helping and guided well and taken care, value for money, also gave check in at 10 am. Overall it was nice experience

Location is very good being near by from Orchard Road and Little India however Rooms are small but cleaner and Hygiene is well maintained.
